Founded by Hattie Hasan MBE, WIT brings tradeswomen from across the UK together for a day of connection and inspiration, reinforcing the message that women in skilled trades deserve recognition, respect, and equal opportunities.
The conference takes place on 4th July 2025, featuring a celebrity speaker, tradeswomen sharing their stories, and roundtable discussions on key issues affecting women in skilled trades.
